Tienes las respuestas al final del texto.<\/p><p>No s\u00e9 si os pasa a ustedes pero yo acababa llevando de todo en mi mochila ya veces parec\u00eda un \ud83d\udc0c, con la casa encima!<\/p><p>Tanto si sois de los m\u00edos como si sois de los que lo llevan todo en los bolsillos, hoy le damos recomendaciones basadas en 3 variables a la hora de llevar peso en la espalda (para ni\u00f1os \ud83d\udc67\ud83d\udc66 y adultos\ud83e\uddcd\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83e\uddcd\u200d\u2642\ufe0f ). <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Porque como ya sab\u00e9is, la posici\u00f3n que tenemos tiene una relaci\u00f3n directa con la funci\u00f3n de todo el cuerpo<\/span> \ud83d\ude4c<\/p><p>La primera recomendaci\u00f3n que quiero daros es la primera que he visto en las diferencias:<\/p><ul><li>\ud83c\udf92 POSICI\u00d3N: Cuando ustedes o sus hijos llevan mochila,<ul><li>\u2705 Aseg\u00farate de que los HOMBROS est\u00e1n A LA MISMA ALTURA, equilibrados \u2696\ufe0f. (Por poca diferencia que parezca, llevar el peso descompensado genera mucha tensi\u00f3n en la columna vertebral, y nos puede traer problemas en el futuro.)<\/li><li>\u2705 Por tanto, evitamos llevar la mochila con una asa.<\/li><li>\u2705 Intentamos que la mochila no llegue a la altura del culo. (Al andar se generan movimientos de tipo p\u00e9ndulo que, en el caso de llevar la mochila muy baja golpear\u00e1 la pelvis.)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>\ud83c\udf92 FORMA:<ul><li>\u2705 Siempre mejor las mochilas de dos asas.<\/li><li>\u2705 Si tenemos que traer de una nan\u00e7a (\ud83d\udc5c, bandoleras, etc) mejor cruzados.<\/li><li>\u2705 Las asas deber\u00edan ser c\u00f3modas y amplias.
